These details are securely processed through trusted ticketing platforms such as Tix or Eventbrite. Responsibility for data handling lies both with the service provider and the event organizers.

• Provide important pre-event information (e.g., schedule, venue),
• Send post-event communication (e.g., thank-you notes or feedback requests).

This usage is based on legitimate interest and does not require separate consent.

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the execution of the event and in accordance with applicable laws. After that, it is either deleted or anonymized.
